Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation email or proof of purchase and a picture (or pictures) of the item(s), along with a detailed description of the issue. Please email us at support@lorostore.com and we will initiate the return process. 

IMPORTANT: If you made a mistake while ordering, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. You must check your order confirmation email to make sure you ordered the correct variant for correct commodity and let us know immediately of any changes We also cannot accept any updates to your order if it has already been shipped. 

Orders cannot be canceled while the package is in transit.

No returns and refunds will be accepted if the customer changes her/his mind after receiving the package (such as customer no longer needs the item). If there is any issue with the item(s), please contact us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund, automatically credit your credit card or original payment method, and you will receive your refund within 3 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@lorostore.com

In case you paid through Paypal, you shall receive the refund immediately after it has been approved. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lorostore.com.
